I am thinking about getting into reloading, I know absolutely nothing about equipment or the process. I would love any input and suggestions on the topic including anyone in the Richmond area willing to teach me how. I live in New Kent, just east of Richmond Airport. Thanx in advance

I am not near you but would suggest that you let us know what you're interested in reloading, e.g. pistol, rifle, oddball calibers. Also, how much you shoot, budget etc.
Just a thought.
Reloading can be very rewarding. It's good you're looking for a mentor.
