I have a Colt 9mm AR , and I want to set up another complete lower to use Glock mags, heres the question will the Colt bolt work with the glock mags or are there differences? I know its a dumb question that EVERYONE knows the answer to but me but would appreciate any insite thanks guys

In short NO your current bolt will not work. You will need a new one.

Really depends on the bolt you are buying. SOME!!! BCG will work with both the traditional Colt 9mm AND a Glock mag.

The link is from CMMG. They do a lot of AR 9mm stuff and are great quality. The second picture on the page shows where SOME bolts are cut to work with Glock.

I personally have a SBR Colt Style 9mm AR. It uses the bolt i linked. to. Don't pay attention to the priced it can be found cheaper elsewhere.
