A large turnout is needed tonight, December 18, in Suffolk, Accomack, and Amelia Counties! There are currently 101 sanctuaries, let's make that 104!
Suffolk: It looks like the large turnout we had in Suffolk a couple of weeks ago and the continued phone calls and emails to City Council is working. City Council is considering introducing a resolution for tonight's meeting. A large turnout tonight is needed to remind City Council that we want that resolution introduced, that it should be a strong resolution, and that it should be adopted!
You might get there a little early to get a good parking place.

Accomack County - let's get 'er done and cement the Easter Shore as a sanctuary! Their resolution IS on the agenda tonight!
We need a good turnout. The meeting starts at 5 pm, December 18, and should move swiftly, as the main agenda item is the resolution.

Amelia County - Tonight, Amelia County should be voting on their resolution.
