had rally Saturday the 11th , only about 250 people showed up, we are are not going to win with turn outs like this, I don't know what the population of Culpeper is,but I guarantee that there is more than 250 legal gun owners,just like the nov. election,they wont show up until it is too late, sheriff Jenkins said that he would deputize thousands of his citizens if it come to that, you might want to contact your local sheriff and find out where they stand on this issue

I'm not a Culpepper resident but, why is it we only hear about these rallies after the fact? People aren't spreading the word fast enough or efficient enough. If the "Gangnam Style" video can get 43.2 million views in 24 hours, why can't we spread the word better, with social media nowadays a big part of most folks daily activities it's just mind blowing.

Dinwiddie BOS 2a sanctuary meeting, I found out literally the day of from a buddy thru text, I STILL SHOWED UP. We each sent texts to about 8 people, all we got were crickets and excuses. It's bs. But bottom line is, they are going to pass whatever they want because Virginians will just roll over and take it . Noone is going to "stand and fight" noone is going to form a well regulated militia, noone is going to do jack squat. If we can't get out to just stand and listen or even to vote, what makes anyone (including the politicians) believe we will effectively rally and stop them from passing these heinous bills?

Culpeper star exponent said in it's sunday paper that there was almost 500 people, needless to say I am proud of all that attended.i don't know what the answer is about trying to get the word out,but with that said ,i'm sure it had to have spread in that community, I am willing.to stand beside anyone that is on our side but when we leave these rally's we are still just individuals trying to fight against goliath, if we don't stand as one with our communities we will all fall.can't figure out why prominent 2nd amendment activists in our community wont try to get people together just to have small rally's on there property, regular people living pay check to pay check don't have the means to do so, even if it's only 20 people,it only takes two to make a team,we have to have some kind of system to be able to count on our brothers and sisters to stand together at a moments notice, no if's and's or but's,

when all the lobbyist , lawyers and money can't save your freedom, you have to fight for it

I wish I'd known about this, I would've attended even though I'm in Spotsylvania. These things need to be sent to VCDL so they can get the word out.
