I heard they pulled bill 16 ,is that true

I was there today all day. Here's the sit rep. It's true that SB16 was pulled off by it's main sponsor. However, the only reason they did it, so that they can come up with a new version that would include some sort of grandfathering, registration, etc. There's no way Dems will not go for it.

Today's hearings are the proof. Dems pretty much shoved everything through, despite even some of them vocally saying they have some reservations - in the end when it came to vote they pushed through anyway.

Sadly, we are still in the woods.

Don’t forget there’s also HB 961 in the works. Not sure how we going to fight this one.

HB961 is what they are hitching their wagon to. It is worse than SB16.

Flood their inboxes and tie up their phone lines. We are in the fight now.

The antis/MDA types are claiming "mandates" but they are unable to bring the numbers as evidenced yesterday at the subcommittee hearing. They had to comb the halls to find people to fill the anti-gun side of the hearing room and that was after seating the press in the front three rows.

It is clear we are fighting a well funded enemy, but they do not come close to outnumbering we the people. Pour it on please!

So yesterday was overwhelmingly pro-gun gathering. Hope we can keep up the numbers. I was there for the entire hearing and even got to speak with my reps while at it.

The committee room was divided for pro and anti sides. Anti-gunners side was pretty empty. )))
