Folks... pictures make the sale. What is with all these listings with "text me for pictures" or no reference to pix at all? A perspective buyer shouldn't have to ask the seller to be able to see the product that is for sale.

Here is a link to a thread where a member gave instructions on how to post pictures with an Apple phone: IApple phone pix instructions

I have Android phones and have used the following method:

Take picture of item.
Create sale thread
Under the text box for the post is a link that says "Upload Photos"... click that. ---> Next, select "choose file". Locate your pic(s) through whatever files you may have them on. Make sure that they are not giant photos files. Resize them as needed. ---> Once you have selected your file click "Add file". Now repeat this process for each photo you wish to load, up to three. ---> click "Done Adding Files" Then you simply click "Submit" when you are done with your post.

Hope this helps some of you.

Lends new meaning to the command, "Move along folks, nothing to see here!"

If a seller can't be bothered to spend 35 seconds posting a pic....

I use imgur

I wish I had a dollar for every "can't get pictures to upload" I see.

I agree, the "text me for pictures" thing makes me move along. Just like sellers at a gun show that don't put prices on their stuff. I shouldn't have to work (hunt you down for a price) to buy something from you.

I agree that once you learn to to adjust photos you can add them. A problem is that some phones have a high pixel count on pics and the file size makes the pic top large to load.

You can often get the required size by cropping the pic, especially cropping your feet out of the pic, or using a photo app to resize the pic.
If you have an app like Paint just go to resize, choose 60% (usually works for me) and save.
Then upload the edited pics.

Just download a photo editor. You can shrink the size or pixel count to get you under the max file size limit.

I just put a solid background behind my object like a piece of cardboard or a sheet and that has pretty much resolved all my picture size problems .
