Fixing a Shotgun Front Bead

I am looking for a gunsmith in New Kent or close to New Kent that can fix a shotgun sight for me. I have a Browning Silver 20 gauge and the front bead broke off. Now I need someone to get that old screw out and install a new brass bead or fiber optic. Any help would be appreciated.
