If she has evidence that someone, in her jurisdiction has committed a crime, she should bring the charges. If Wayne LaP, or whoever, embezzled then go after him!

Having said that -- Wayne LaP is from Roanoke, VA, just up the road from me. I've heard rumors for years that he was a crooked as a dog's hind leg.
He has been compromising our rights away for years.

It seems like our politicians are nothing more than paper cut outs bending any way needed to collect another vote or to pad their own pockets.

Instead of dealing with actual issues like Pharmaceutical price hikes, the pandemic, or public poverty; they are more interested in playing the same old party tune, and God forbid that they look towards protecting the rights and interests of the public, instead of collecting power like a leech collects blood, all in the interest of raising their own profane temple of self worth, built upon the backs of the people.

The NRA should just pull up roots and incorporate in another state. This is another case of election interference. One of the reasons (they were many and, I believe, included everything except global warming) Hillary whined about after 2016 was the influence the NRA had in defeating her.

The criminal democrat party has been after the NRA for as long as I can recall. They blame everyone but themselves. I guess only "approved" civil rights organizations can exist. Belies the concept of the tolerant left.

I'm not too terribly worried about what happens to the NRA to be honest. They didn't stand with us in January with issues arising IN THEIR OWN BACKYARD. VCDL has been doing the majority of the gun legislation work in VA for years.

It would be nice if we had an organization devotrd to improving public knowledge of firearms, how to shoot, and protecting the rights and interests of Americans. Instead we have the NRA.

Wayne isn't the first vp to tap the till,he just buys better suits. My "favorite" was the one from about 25-30 years ago who lasted about six months. He was quietly ousted after it came to light that he'd used corporate funds to enjoy a South American safari.Just SO fine an example of leadership,especially when he spent a day shooting "skeet" using endangered parrots as the "skeet".The photo of him with the day's bag (couple of hundred birds) was just heartwarming.

VCDL is fantastic, what a grassroots organization should be. I subscribe and proscribe to/for the news letter. Gives up to date newsletters for local gun changes, and is honestly the only group I see unafrsid to stand up for the average gun owner, regardless of political orientation. Good Americans.

Not until GOA is ready to take up the reigns. And by that I don't mean just the spirit - GOA needs to triple or quadruple its membership, create a real lobbying/advocacy presence, and increase its bank warchest by tenfold.

We simply can't afford any gap between NRA completely imploding, and someone else ALREADY filling their shoes.

That being said, if NRA went back to its roots with training, education and sponsoring matches, that would be fine by me. Just so long as GOA is ready to really roll with (and fight against) the big dogs.
