Do you carry when going for transactions with other members? Something to think about.

Carry 24/7.

Carry....do it everywhere, everytime, and if possible carry a backup as well.

Yep. 24/7! I have been known to carry 2 backups. Actually one is a 22 NAA mini-revolver in my watch pocket. It's mainly for varmints but can also be used for self-defense.

The 357 J-frame is backup to my 9mm Glock belt gun.

Never, ever show up to a deal involving guns and cash w/o proper preparation.

I think it was the movie Ronin that best sums up the rules for a weapons transaction. I think it was Sean Bean who says to the arms dealers, "just because we are buying guns, doesn't mean we didn't bring any."

The gun shop is owned by a member and believe a few of their employees post here.

Always better to be prepared and not use. Then unprepared and need it.
