They're further cracking down on the guys at gun shows that have their private collections for sale and it's the same guys with new guns every weekend.

The issue with the law "AS WRITTEN" is that a "Dealer" is now defined as someone who makes a profit from the sale of a firearm. You have a Pre Ban AR 15 your Grandfather paid $500 for in 1973? If you sell it for the current value, to anyone not a FFL, you are a DEALER under the law. And guess what? If you sell it to a dealer, you cannot be paid more then the original invoice price of that weapon. If you have a Pre Eastwood S&W .44, it's the same thing. Market Value today is no consideration. To my knowledge, no other piece of Real Property (as defined by law) is subject to such extreme limitations.
