Mine expand and won't seat in the magwell. Steel GI mags for .50, plastic for .556 in my opinion. _________________________ Registered to vote yet? Alexander Arms seems to be fond of blaming customers for the failures of their shoddy manufacturing, and then gouging those who want returns once it becomes obvious the firearms are lemons. Happened to myself and a friend of mine. Stay far, far away if you have to interact with the company itself. _________________________ Why carry? Because 1911 > 911.
