Soooooo, not really sure what happened with this member/transaction. I know I PMd and chatted with the OP about his upper, but *thought I had declined his counter-offer due to current market price etc. I have dug through PMs, emails, and voicemails and cannot find the discussion noted above. Since I never heard back from a different member in regards to a separate transaction, I can only assume PMs/posts somehow got mixed.

Apologies to 'Kalashnikev' and I will see what I can do to make it right with the member.
