I made a deal with Band1to to sell him some ammo I had listed. He contacted me via IM on 4/08 and asked me to contact him via Text/Phone. I contacted him on 4/08 and we agreed to meet after 2pm on 4/10 in the Herndon Area. I contacted him on 4/09 and confirmed we were still good for the next day. On 4/10 I contacted him at noon to confirm our 2pm meeting. He confirmed that he was in tysons area and he advised he wouldn't be available until after 2 but it shouldn't be a problem. After that NOTHING. None of my texts were answered.

The biggest problem I have with this whole event is I planned my whole day around this and he confirmed on numerous occasions he was Good to go and then blew me off. I would have gladly let him out of the deal of he changed his mind.

I have all of the texts and Im's for this but didn't want to post them because they have his telephone number but I will gladly forward them to site staff or moderator is needed.

I plan on ignoring him and will never do business with him again.

I just want other members to know what to expect and to warn them.
