to ship you do not need a ffl if pistol must got ups or fedex if long gun can go usps also just as long as the person you are sending oit to has provided you a copy of thier ffl or http://www.atf.gov/applications/fflezcheck/ click login and then fill in the blanks ..... that is ok to
