Hensley & Gibbs two cavity mold. Design #39. Design #39 is a lead round nose flat base projectile that normally weighs about 158 grains when cast with Lyman #2 mix. I sent the mold to Eric Ohlen to have it converted to cast Hollow Point Bullets. I have two sets of pins, one set casts a hollow point, the other set returns the mold to casting a lead round nose. Hollow point bullets weigh about 152 grains. The load I am currently testing is x.x grains of bullseye in Winchester .38 Special cases for use only in .357 magnum chambered revolvers. Each reloaded round costs me about .06 cents to manufacture. My lead, powder, and primers are all from the 20th century.

Do you use as cast or do you size to 358/359?
