Black Ace Tactical semi-shotguns > Mossberg clone?

I am looking at these online and they look nice, but I am trying to figure out if they are actually a Mossberg 9200 clone. I love my 9200 sg and it would be nice to have an option for parts.

MSRP is $399, and they seem to be gaining popularity. The receiver looks a lot like a 9200.

From what I know of Black Aces, those are actual Mossberg 9200s. Since they "upgraded them" they have to mark with their company info.

I am pretty sure they are not actual 9200 receivers -- they are shaped a little different on the bottom and pin holes are different, but the elevator release is in the same place. Seems they could be a "workalike" copy. I am mainly looking at whether the barrel and gas system are the same. I haven't been able to find one locally that I can tear down.

But I also see receivers like this on the Black Aces Tactical "non-NFA" -- which looks A LOT like a Remington V3

This is frustrating, apparently there are several generations of them. Some look exactly like a Remington V3, some like a 9200, and some just off.
