Are these conversion barrels as reliable as the original Glock 23 40 barrels?

I have and without reliable success a conversion barrel. Lone Wolf Glock 22 (.40) to 9mm. Mine doesn't eject the round 1 out of every third round.
I have changed everything except a new ejector. And I dont know if I should go with a new .40 or 9mm one.
