What’s the latest ruling on having a brace attached to a firearm?

Rule hasn't gone anywhere, but a TX judge put a nationwide injunction on enforcement in place.

So brace away, at least while the injunction stands.

Lawsuits are still pending to get the rule stricken entirely.
