Who has the the best deals on AR15s?

I've been seeing AR15s, yes the .223/5.56 (not the .22lr), selling for as cheap as $399. Greentop had them for $399 for a couple days.
There were Ruger ARs at the recent Richmond gun show for $479.
Who else is dealing on the ARs?
