HB1237 AND SB154

HB1237 AND SB154 - 01/31/14 02:14 PM

Is anybody else following these bills and see them as a property rights issue as I do? These bills would allow hunting on private property, without the use of dogs. My state delegate and senator still voted against them, which I perceive as a landowner, to be a violation of my property rights. What is next?

HB1237

SB154

Thanks

So, it looks as though this finally passed the senate on 2/10. If so, it is long overdue.

I'm glad to see that someone finally got their head out their a-- and realized why hunting license have declined over45% in the past 30 years it's hard to hunt when people have to work six days a week.

You are correct on the decline last time I checked, the avg age of a license holder in the USA is 42 yrs old.

Sunday hunting will help out the "sports" parents whose kids play on Sat....

Each of us needs to make it our responsibility to introduce a new person to both shooting and hunting.
