Will you be open carry at this event?

My logic is that we need to prove that we aren't all going to shoot each other or ourselves at this event. I keep hearing people mention on the news or podcasts that people that open carry shoot themselves or other people, etc.
I will be open carrying at this event, and think that as many people that are comfortable should be as well.
What are y'alls thoughts?
