11.5 FSP upper Midwest quadrail no BCG/ch $250 OBO

Carbine length 11.5 inch barrel upper with front sight base, its a PSA, but comes with the Midwest drop in quad rail. Maybe some rail covers if it’s needed to sweeten the deal.

Open to trades and such, shoot your shot, worst I can say is no.
