Contacted seller on 12.8.13 to purchase a gun package he had listed for $3k. We exchanged PM's, then text messages arranging a time and place to meet for transaction. Seller asked if we had a done deal, and I replied yes, as long as everything was as they were supposed to be (all new firearms, with one being fired only a few times). Received text message from seller on 12.10.13, the night before the meeting was to take place, stating that the items were sold. Seller stated that he wasnt sure we had a deal (even after conversation,see above) so he sold them. Seller stated that it was because I said "if items were as theyre supposed to be" made him think it wasnt a deal. Who would meet and finalize a transaction if the items werent as listed/stated?
