I found his posting on Armslist before I did on here, but we had completed arrangements last night for a transaction today at 1730. I checked in with him shortly after noon today. This was the response I received:

"On Jul 24, 2014, at 1:43 PM, Brian W <bwatkin1@gmail.com> wrote:

W,

I'm sorry for the last minute notice but I got an offer for the Beretta that is just too good to pass up.

As the agreement we had was broken, I feel leaving this negative feedback is necessary.

PM sent to VAGunfan16245 inviting him to respond.

If you were not involved in the transaction, DO NOT REPLY TO THE FEEDBACK.

Over the 5 or so days we were e-mailing I received a lot of offers and one of the key trades, which I listed in my post, solidified into a deal so I had to go for it. Unfortunately some times deals fall through, its happened to me before too. It can suck especially when there is not proper notice so I do owe you an apology for my poor communication. I wanted to contact you earlier in the morning however work did not afford me an opportunity to. I hope there is no hard feelings and wish you the best.
