Philly86 agreed to sell me his MAK-90 plus 2 mags for $400 cash tomorrow at 1200 in the WalMart parking lot on 610 in Stafford VA. Deal was finalized today at 3:15pm. I got a text from Philly86 at 4:57pm today saying he sold the rifle. I asked why he sold the rifle to someone despite agreeing to sell me the rifle? His response was, "Someone met me closer to my house and paid cash."

He seems fairly new to the site and seemed nice enough but when you have an agreed upon deal that includes a time, place, and price, you should stick to your deal.

He did the same thing to me. I told him I would take it told him I had cash in hand, he slowed his text then said it was sold.In short I will NEVER deal with him again.

When this item was first listed, I sent him a PM asking a question (and about a picture) and his response was to simply remove himself from the message without answer.

That's one more newer member on the ignore list.
