Sadly I can add to the multitude of similar situations in which the buyer backs out.

Selling a scope on the EE.
On July 25th, FPS messages that he will "definitely take it" provided I will hold it for a week for him.
We agree to meet 8 days later on Sunday. I msg to confirm location & time (twice - first goes answered - should have been my clue) and suddenly there is a financial crisis.
I held it for a week only to be welched on. That's just wrong.
I regret having to post ths but it's not fair to the other members if I don't make them aware.
