In the over 5 years I have been a member of VaGT I have let a lot of things slide. NO MORE!!

Beginning on Friday, Jan 22 thru Tuesday Jan 26 we negotiated on various trades plus cash on my end for the gun. Finally on Tuesday about 11am he offered me the gun for $1100 cash and I accepted and confirmed the price. We then took the meet discussions to text messaging to set up a meet. His work schedule and I agreed that waiting until Feb 1st was ok.

Today (Jan 28)I got a text that he had sold it to "a very close friend" because he needed the money.

I texted him back and told him I was going to leave negative feed but if he got the gun back we could complete the deal. He declined.

Subsequently I learned that he listed the gun on Armslist AFTER he agreed to sell the gun to me.

I apologize Bill. With my work schedule it is extremely tough for me to travel. I should have contacted you before making the deal, since I agreed to sell it to you. I apologize for that. I will make sure in the future not to make promises unless I mean it and if I do, to follow through. Again I apologize.
