I offered to buy a lower that VAGunner2016 at his asking price. We exchanged texts and arranged a time and location to meet.
VAGunner2016 did not show up, and when I attempted to reach him, he would not reply to my texts. He has not followed up with any explanation or apology for skipping our meeting and wasting my time.
