doc55 - 11/11/17 01:27 PM

doc55 sent me PM late Thursday night 11/9 making offer for my Colt M4 22LR . My asking price was $300 which included case and three extra magazine. He offered $225. I responded back on Friday morning 11/10 with counteroffer of $280. doc55 responded later in the day with offer of $275 and wanted to do a FTF deal on Saturday 11/11 and provided me with his cellphone number. Texted doc55 Friday evening and I agreed to his offer of $275. We planned to meet at Bass Pro in Hampton on Saturday at 2:30pm. All parties where in agreement to price and FTF meeting location and time. At about 1:20pm Saturday afternoon , doc55 texts me that he can't come up all the money, only $225. Says it's all he can offer. I say no and tell him that I would leave negative feedback for breaking the deal. He texted back cursing me and that my rifle was priced too high. He texted again offering $250. I never responded back.

If you chose to do be business with this guy, do so at your own risk. Very unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy.

Re: doc55 - 11/16/17 06:08 PM

doc55 responded by adding negative feedback to my profile which I thought was against forum policy. There was not an ounce of truth to any anything he wrote and I would challenge him to provide the text message string to back up his accusations. He offered $275 for rifle, case and the extra mags. I accepted and HE backed out at the last minute. That's a fact and he knows it.

Look at the above message and judge for yourself
