Noah123 agreed to buy my firearm. We had back and forth discussions. I set up a meeting spot for the background check. He said ok and we agreed upon a time. He backed out last minute because he said he couldn’t leave work. I advised him we could do it another time and that I told other people it was pending funds. He told me to move on. He didn’t want to buy it even though he agreed. He isn’t someone to do business with.
