Excellent condition, less than 500 rounds on it. Original owner. Purchased it shortly after they were released. No issue with it, I just don't shoot it enough to keep it.
Upgrade trigger with a Timney Alpha (3 lbs pull)
Ed Brown stainless steel guide rod (non captured) with a 13lbs recoil spring
C&H optics plate (factory ones included)
Everything from the factory included. The cheapest I have been able to find one online is $791 plus tax and shipping. With that in mind I think my price is fair.
