need someone who can work on a Winchest Mod 94 30-30

I have a Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action 30-30 that needs a new friction stud and/or friction stud spring. But I cannot get the pin out that is holding these parts in and I have tried all the tricks I know.

I'm looking for a gunsmith that works on these type guns.
