Pin and Weld in NOVA

I need a pin and weld in NoVA to bring my MCX up to 16" to avoid the brace issue (was gonna do this anyway but this sort put the gas on)

Check with Sterling Arsenal. They offer pin and weld, but don't post their lead times unless asked.
