I have a newer (bought in the last 4 years) 870 express. I noticed a big gouge and burr on the inside top of the receiver when I pulled the trigger group the other night. I have noticed with a couple 870's I've had that the action will open a little after firing, even more so with slugs a d 00 buck, and this gun is no exception. It looks almost as if the bolt was cocked at an angle and forced back into the receiver. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
