Looks like a pretty place to have a range. Do you have a good back stop?

Looks good so far, now for the clean up. I built my 100 yard range when I had my pines thinned, just got them to take out a few extra rows. All I have to do is bush hog it a couple times of the year.

I'll be getting power line poles to use in my backstop.
Along with excess pine logs.
I'm building a 16 x 14 log cabin next to the shooting line using some of the logs. But they will be sitting for a year to properly season.
4 covered shooting lanes
2 picnic tables
BBQ grill
32 steel targets

Awesome, happy for you! Sure you won’t consider range landing fees from us jealous types?

Nice...
FWIW... that felled pine will rot quick... sell asap or lumber.

Good deal, nothing like having your own range... I have found that my ammo doesn't last as long and I am constantly reloading! But that's okay, I enjoy reloading almost as much as shooting.

I know exactly how that strip of land smells and how the sap feels on your hands. Nice work.

Nice spot wish it was closer 😂. We did something like that once and rented a Bobcat to make a hill around an empty steel shipping container that we filled with rocks and dirt. Then took a bunch of logs and stacked them along the burr. Lots of fun times there. Enjoy!
