Ar 15 for sale - 11/30/20 01:53 PM

I picked this gun up at a local veteran owned gunshop.it was his personal gun and he said he only shoot but a few rounds through it. It is aero precision but he said it has a geisle trigger? A fluted barrel and a sig Sauer scope. I want to sell it but do not know what its worth. I paid 1200 for it but I talked him down. Can any body tell me a fair price and what I can get for it? I also have 4 mags I think are completely loaded with ammo to go with it. I want to get as much as I can my wife is battling stage 4 cancer. Thanks for the replies in advance. This is the first Ar I have owned and I dont know a lot about them.

It is important to know who built the gun. It sounds like the seller may have built it.
Most people value it less if it is not a factory-built gun. And the name on the lower receiver helps determine the value as well. I think Aero Prec has a good reputation.
If it is factory-built you can check on the web to see what they are selling for and price it accordingly.
I don't know when you bought it but prices are at a record high right now.
The trigger upgrade and scope are plus plus.
Sorry to hear about your wife.

There are some real AR experts on this board.

Busted knee is right about basics with manufacturers. It has some good upgrades and aero is a pretty standard reliable manufacturer. As long as it’s sold, with all the upgrades you could sell it for 1400-1700 realistically. Hard part will be finding someone to pay that with other manufacturer brands selling new at that cost. That’s where the upgrades come in as a good helper. The upgrades magpul stock, sig scope, trigger, and looks like quick disconnect AAC or SilencerCo muzzle device for suppressors. Good luck man, good looking rifle.

Which shop? I'm betting you could give him a call and get a general idea of what he's got in the rifle. Definitely appears to be some good stuff on the gun but barrel markings and bcg markings would help a great deal. A picture of the other side of the rifle may help as well.

I gotta say, that's a pretty interesting background you've got going on there behind the rifle lol. Not often you see those texts next to each other. I'm not making fun of you, just an observation.
