Virginia house bill 2276

If I read this right, this will outlaw 3d printed guns, and recievers with no serial numbers. Does this mean 80% lowers? Someone with more internet savvy then me should check this out.

Yep 80% lowers are included but if it's passed what they don't know won't hurt them.

Correct, but 80% lowers etc probably won't ship to Virginia anymore.

Or, serialize your lower yourself...

Can't serialize yourself based on the law. It must be serialized by an importer/manufacturer

With an 80% lower, aren't you the manufacturer?

Also, while I understand the intent is to stop 80% lowers, doesn't this also run into some 2A issues here in VA that the court will have to decide?

I've already reached out to my lefty Del & Sen without much hope of success.
