Brace for glock legal or not?

Good evening,

I came across this brace that I'm very interested in buying for my glock. However, can I legally purchase and own this brace or would this be a nfa item and require a tax stamp classified as a sbr first?

I know the atf is currently in the works on pistol braces now and trying to get that changed.
