I wish people would at least answer PMs instead of just looking at them and removing themselves from the subject.

I guess some people just don't believe in common courtesy.

Same here, made an offer to buy for what they were asking and no response. In the end it all worked out, a back ordered shipment of ammo finally arrived and picked up some from another member for $5 less.

Suggestion:
If a reply from a PM is expected out of common courtesy and it's not received AND the member removes himself from the thread-
send a new PM to the member with something like this:
"The courtesy of a reply to messages is expected from members of this forum. Please respond to my message/question/offer, etc."
