Anyone have feedback on Preppernet.com?

Is it worth the $40 dollar membership fee? Especially for Virginia folks? I've heard the Podcasts/sale-pitch - but hoping to hear some feedback. The "expert articles" seem only to be submitted by Dr. Bones & Nurse Amy and am concerned about a rip-off.
