C&R Rifle Purchase

Sorry to admit, I have not kept up on the new firearm rules related to a C&R purchase.

I have an active ATF C&R license. Can I purchase a rifle (SKS) using my C&R license? Do I have any required checks, etc. to perform?

If it is C&R, there are no other checks needed.

I wish that I had gotten for myself years ago.
