I figured since he doesn't know how to read rules or simply can't follow them, I will respond to his negative feedback in the correct forum. I backed out of a deal with this member....

He contacted me about a Glock 42 I was selling and stated, quote, "I have several handguns and this is no interest for me. ...."

His offer was $325 with THREE magazines and extensions for a firearm that I was asking $385 with TWO magazines ($405 with the THREE magazines). I accepted his offer and later that night, I had an offer for the full $405 with all three magazines. That's $80 higher than an offer for a firearm THAT YOU SAID YOU WEREN'T INTERESTED IN. I would rather sell it to someone who will enjoy it and who is actually in the market for something I'm selling.

Plenty of guys would take the asking price over taking an offer $80 less without standing anyone up. It's not like I was a no call/no show. You claim you went to the bank but the message I sent you was at 7:20am. Almost 6 hours before our meet. Other than a few uphappy customers, my 7 pages of positive feedback speak for itself.

Why were you so upset over a gun you weren't even interested in?

First I will apologize that I posted my issue with VaGunner on his profile which was my bad. This is where it should be and I hope everyone stands clear of him. He only told bits and pieces of the truth in his first version of the story and I am going to post the whole conversation to show how he can't be trusted after he made a deal with me. Where I come from your word is just like a handshake and you never go back on you word once you make a deal.The subject started off as "Interested" I bolded the names, I am Tysonrl36 and he is VaGunner. I also italicized the actual words sent during each message so you could easily pick them out. Also pay attention to the times of these correspondences.

I would give you $325 with all 3 mags and the grip extenders and everything in the picture. I like in Chesapeake and I would even be willing to drive to you to make the deal on my gas. Yes bring 2 bills so we both have a copy and I will give you all my info just like you. I'm 23 year retired Air Force so I got the two ID's and have no problem showing them.
