How about you just be honest with what is going on here. This thread has various reason why you need to get in touch with this user. And it appears you have an e-mail and cell number as you supposedly made a mutually satisfying agreement on some deal. Trying to phish for residence and work addresses is kinda sketch for just wanting to pop in and give him your regards. Pay respect and all.

Yeah, because his buddies will spill the beans on his location because WY is holding onto a firearm that may not belong to him. Why don't you just tell David to pound sand for pulling the wool over everyone's eyes trying to get back what's his? Supposedly, Sfach saw Red at Cabelas but then didn’t talk to him and continue the ‘outreach’ campaign. Now Sfach is accusing Red of thief of firearm, which is a federal felony. It is important to know what happened to prevent others from having to deal with this.

I paid the money through an electronic payment platform. We were to ftf when our optempo slowed. He bailed without returning the money or bothering to tell me Its that simple

I cant say with 100% that the person I saw was Red. I only think it could have been him. I dont actually know the guy. Im just really trying to track him down for the rifle or a refund. Forgive me for not wanting to slam dunk a dude before I was 100 percent certain he was a Mope. As for contacting the Police I am certain there are many much more serious crimes being committed down there and Im not wasting LE tine on this POS. Aaaaand snitches get stitches.

It is not snitching if you want your money or stuff. You just show them the financial transaction and they’ll know who it went to. And contact the people he dealt with for his contact info if they believe your story. The way you went about it smells bad and I certainly thought you had ill intent against him. The fact he hadn’t reply to you means he is seriously trying to avoid you because either you're bad news or he scammed you.

Stealing money regarding guns is a serious crime. So is scamming or false intimidation. If he screwed you, contact the police. And why sent money if guns had to be FFL’ed anyway? You didn’t take the ‘sanctuary city’ crap seriously, didn’t you? Everything goes through FFL for registration unless it’s among friends and family gifting.

And why can’t you day which ones of you is David? Both of you are in my ‘too much drama’ club list.

Ok..Now you know the rest of the story.. I actually thought your posting was today before Bert Chingon posted..My bad.. This WYRed is a dirty bird..I was excruciatingly going out of my way to give him every chance to make it right before Neg Feedback.. Neg Feedback should mean something...Good Guys sometimes make honest errors or even bad decisions and can make them right with a little chiding. Not so much in this case.

I didn’t accuse you if being shady. I just said the way you went about looking for this person was bad. If you sent this person money, then you would have as much info about him as any of us here. If he is not answering your calls and emails, then we can’t help you. The best way was to contact people be dealt with that gave him positive feedbacks and hope one of them has filled out a bill of sale with him or can direct you to an ffl that had done paperwork for him. And you kept calling him Red, which is a functional character in a cowboy book I read in high school about a rodeo rider nicknamed Red. I am sure you didn’t send money to someone named Red; therefore, you just need a tip on any FFL deal he had done recently and contact the police kn that. They would have all of his info.

Folks were trying to help you out and you get confrontational about it. I wonder if thst is the reason you’re on ignore list of many people here long before this incident.

I hope you get your money or gun. It is not cool for people to scam another. Your experience certainly gives many people a reason to trust but verify.

Saw Red at Captain George sea food place in williambugr over labor day weekend. He didn’t look good, walking with a limp and his left shoe was a sixe bigger than his right. I can’t tell if he got a burst ankle and nursing it back or something else major.
