I'm curious to hear everyone's opinions here but I wanted to see about trying to organize a group of people that may have ranges others can use. I really don't have a great place to shoot Anyone with a nice range (pistol, rifle, whatever) you wouldn't mind others sharing? I'd recommend you at least consider liability concerns. Maybe even charge a fee. It's just incredibly expensive to go to a place like Colonial. Just a thought.

Liability concerns is one thing but charging a fee opens up a whole new can of worms. If you charge a fee then more than likely you are considered a buisness and have to be zoned for it. Glad I don't have the no place to shoot problem that a lot of people here have. I have a 100 yard rifle range with a bench rest and short range pistol range, located 30 yards from my front porch.

You're a lucky man. There's some property out in Powhatan I can use but setting up targets every time is a hassle and it's still 20 minutes away.
