CMP H&R Arms M1 Garand, USGI M1 Garand
CMP Rack Grade rebuild (.30-06) M1 Garand.
Used, CMP Harrington and Richardson Arms Serial Number 4677694 manufactured November 1953. This rifle was received from the CMP as a Rack Grade and it was in very poor condition. The barrel is a 30-06 24" HRA 9-54 barrel with good bore muzzle 2+ and throat is a 3. The receiver has light pitting below the wood line. The rifle has been completely reworked new USGI metal, bead blasted and given a fresh coat of Graphite Black Cerakote. The stock is a new Dupage walnut stock sanded and fitted with a hand rubbed tung oil finish.
