I have an Ithaca model 37, 12 ga, from the early 1970’s for sale. The shotgun is super clean, the wood is still shiny and glossy, the metal finish has almost no wear on it. It has the long barrel (I think it is 28”) with an orange bead front sight. I’m not sure what they used in the 70’s for that front sight, it could be orange tinted glass or plastic, I don’t think they had fiber optic at that time. The stock is checkered and high gloss. The receiver has the standard waterfowl scene on one side and a pheasant scene on the other. It is a beautiful shotgun, the only blemish I can see is a small ding in the plastic but plate. I am asking $500, the shotgun is on consignment at “The Gunsite” in Blackstone. If you buy it in the shop there is no transfer fee. They are open Tuesday through Saturday 10-5, come by and take a look. If you want it shipped to your FFL we can split shipping cost. Thanks for looking!
