If you ever wanted to test any rifle bullets but didn't want to buy a whole box. For sale, leftovers of the outcomes of load testing, leftovers of the end of a large lot purchase, or otherwise no longer needed bullets. These have been sitting on my bench too long. For obvious reasons I don't want to drive too far, say 25 miles from 23060:
