You’re wrong. The judge struck down the entire law, for all types of guns and for all ages. The AG’a office is gnashing their teeth and dragging out the entry of the order, but the judge’s decision is crystal clear.

Once I saw this order go through I came running back to VAguntrader, the site unfortunately wasnt safe before, I assmumed every gun for sale was a sting operation.

I feel sorry for my FFL again! LOL

But I don’t want to be pessimist here , but elections have consequences and this decision will be reversed within 6 months , with more guns laws to follow July 1st 2026 . I am going to do my part the best that I can and donate to fight for the 2nd amendment and keep my guns and donate to the VCDL .

I purchased quite a few arms from Va. private owners who were all great and easy to deal with. I stopped when this stupid non-law went into effect. I will start buying again and would hope that we have learned a valuable lesson... Stop obeying unConstitutional laws. I'm sure that Spermberger and her commie ilk will pass some crap that as true patriots we should be obligated to ignore.

I've seen a couple misinformed people post demands they sell thru a FFL so it will "remove them" from the gun some how.

The original transfer FFL will always have their paperwork. Stupid to demand an FFL transfer a gun - they might as well just sell it back to the store they bought it from if they are so afraid of doing a trade or private sale.
