I responded to a WTS post for a scope that MattB posted, stating that I definitely wanted his scope and provided my number as a point of contact to me. MattB responded that I was second in line if the first deal fell through. Turns out that wasn't true, as MattB did not even wait for me to respond in less than a day when the first deal fell through, before selling to someone else.

Dealings with this seller should be met with some caution, MattB showed he is not a seller that will honor an agreement if he thinks he can offload his items more quickly to someone else. You should expect poor communication that he will somehow blame you for.
