I’m looking for a stripped or complete FN M4 lower to finish a clone build.

This is for an 11.5” URG-I, and while I already have the upper, I still need a Colt or FN lower to complete the build. The issue I’m running into is that Colt lowers typically originate from factory rifles, which would require the firearm to be registered as an SBR. To avoid that, I need a lower that was originally transferred as a “pistol” or “other.”

I know FN previously sold M4 and M4A1 stripped lowers, but I haven’t been able to track one down.

If anyone has one available—or has one sitting unused in a safe—please let me know. I’m open to cash or trade.
